I have sold 12 homes in the past. Compared to these past experiences, Michael Keefrider provided the best marketing, support and communication. This particular sale was the sale of our family home, which involved four owners and an emotional situation. Michael helped all of us through it. Do not hesitate to contact Michael to sell or buy. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Capital District area.

We were sent to Michael by my realtor in Vermont as I was moving from out of state. This was the first purchase of a home in 30 years so the process was new to us. As we had just sold our Vermont home time was a issue. Michael was my go to guy he was able to field all my questions and point me in the right direction. We were able to find and purchase a home in a week. He continued to help us through the loan, inspections, and closing. We closed in Vermont on a Friday and in New York on Monday. Everything went as planed. I would most certainly use Michael the next time I relocate and highly recommend him he can take the process and put a human touch that is a rare trait in todays world

My son said, "Forget the others, go with Michael" and I was glad that I did! I interviewed him, showed him the house I had for sale, and he did his research about the local market for houses comparable to mine. Michael suggested some upgrades for the house and listened to me when I expressed my feelings about changes in a house that I had lived in for over forty years. We worked together, found contractors who did quality work, and ended up with a sale above the originally agreed upon price. I found that Michael never pushed me to sign a contract with his agency before I fully understood what I was getting into. Michael Keefrider is a very knowledgeable and attentive broker. During the few short months it took to sell our family home in Albany, NY he had excellent suggestions on appropriate pricing and getting the house "market ready." What Dave Ramsey says about Michael is true, he has the heart of a teacher, not a salesman.
